1. Be a fan of Nick Lachey. That's basically a given.

2. Name, email and country is required. Please provide a valid email address. 

3. A website is not required to join. But if you do have a website, please 
place a code on your site before or immediately after you've filled out the
joined form.If you've submitted a link and do not put up a code then your site 
will not be listed.

4. Do not direct link. Please save the codes to your own computer and/or 
webspace. 

5. No offensive material websites will be listed. (example: anti, pornography 
& hate)
